Clubhouse Rentals

Waggoner Park residents enjoy the benefits of having private access to the clubhouse.  Whether you have a family gathering, a birthday party, or a couple’s baby shower, our clubhouse is a fun place for any gathering.  Rentals are for the day (11:00 am to 11:00 pm) and the unit owner must be present at all times while the clubhouse is occupied.

To reserve the clubhouse, login to the CPS Portal and navigate to Calendar & Events > Amenity Calendars > New Reservation Request.
