Clubhouse Rentals
Waggoner Park residents enjoy the benefits of having private access to the clubhouse. Whether you have a family gathering, a birthday party, or a couple’s baby shower, our clubhouse is a fun place for any gathering. Rentals are for the day (11:00 am to 11:00 pm) and the unit owner must be present at all times while the clubhouse is occupied.

Pick a date that is available on the calendar
Download the clubhouse Rental Agreement form
Complete the form and write two separate checks payable to Waggoner Park
- $100 non-refundable rental fee
- $200 refundable deposit
Mail Completed Rental Agreement and 2 checks to

Once the date is approved and confirmed with the HOA Board & Towne Properties, you will be notified and be given a point of contact (Board Member) for any questions or issues that may arise on the day of rental
On the rental date, your key fob is activated for clubhouse use during the specified times
